Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:
– Unworn and unwashed
– With all original tags attached
– In their original packaging (when applicable)

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’ll gladly exchange your item based on availability.
To request an exchange, please email our support team before returning the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
